Christmas Room

      We chose to portray this room as a bedroom decorated for a Victorian Era Christmas. All oak floors on the second floor are original and were refinished in the 1995. Most of the furnishings in this room also came from the Cook estate and are of the Victorian period. The chandelier is not original to the house, but it is of the Victorian period. Just outside the door, leading into the hallway, is a door to the front balcony, where Mr. & Mrs. Bartlett often had morning tea and watched a few parades from time to time.
